Hervé Saintilus the Secretary of State for Literacy, accompanied by Dominique St Roc, the Mayor of Pétion-ville and Kington Louis, Director of the National Equipment Center (CNE), in search of new premises to house the volunteers Cubans, at the impasse des Manguiers (Juvénat), visited a house belonging to the Haitian State last week.

Located in an environment visibly affected by environmental degradation, this building requires the intervention of the main public works authorities to rehabilitate and secure it.
