iciHaiti - Social : Food distribution in Cabaret

On April 5, the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) set sail for the town of Cabaret (West Department) to help those in need in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
5,000 food kits were distributed to vulnerable populations in this commune through door-to-door, according to the wish of President Jovenel Moïse https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30405-haiti-covid-19-moise-promises-food-to-1-million-families-and-cash-to-15-million-others.html
This strategy enabled beneficiaries to receive government assistance at home without having to travel so as not to contract or spread the Covid-19.
Since the start of food kit distribution operations last March, the FAES team has benefited from the support of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, the Departmental Delegation of West, the Directorate of Civil Protection, of the Haitian National Police and local elected officials.
