With the spread of Coronavirus worldwide, particularly in Haiti and given the growing concerns of its customers, DIGICEL has decided to offer its customers many advantages :

- Digicel offers its customers "5 times more" than the initial value on top-ups made online (Online Top Up) and 3 times more value on top-ups via MonCash;

- The fees relating to the "Credit U" service, which consists in transferring credit to another account, have been canceled;

- In agreement with the central bank, MonCash increases the limit of all its mini-portfolios from 7,500 HTG to 10,000 HTG. Mini wallet users will be able to receive more money in their MonCash account and thus make many more transactions;

- All P2P (account to account transfer) transactions are free on MonCash and account deposits are also free;

- Customers who use the MyDigicel application for the first time automatically receive 1 Gb of data for free. In addition, on the MyDigicel application, when acquiring the Cool 20 plan, the customer receives twice the data allocation, ie 2 Gb. The customer also receives 3 times the value for the Cool 45 plan, i.e. 3 Gb.
