Friday morning in "Nan Papay", a locality in the commune of Ganthier, where heavily armed gangs spread terror with impunity, a truck driver, Ismael López Morales of the Dominican company Propagas, was killed by unidentified individuals after being the victim of an attempt to divert his gargo, while he was preparing to carry out a delivery of Gas (LPG).
