As part of the 8th finals of the National Championship of the 3rd Men's Division which took place on February 8 and 9 at Stade Sylvio Cator (Port-au-Prince), Park Félix St Victor (Cap Haitien), Park Antoine Levelt (St Marc ), Gérard Christophe Park (Léogâne) and Justin Richcotel Park (Casimir). 8 teams qualified for the 1/4 finals:
