Message from Lesly Condé : "At the beginning of each year, while our Nation, always resilient, gives itself new reasons to hope and to fight, it is also the time to think about this catastrophe with apocalyptic dimensions that isfallen us January 12, 2010. This massive earthquake struck mercilessly and without warning, causing nearly 300,000 deaths and countless horror stories that cannot all be told. This year, commemorating the tenth anniversary of the most devastating earthquake in our history, let us keep in our hearts a thought for the compatriots who, even today, are still struggling to recover and who need our solidarity. We will always remember the admirable surges of solidarity that the world proved capable of. Wounds of all kinds are still alive today.
