On Monday, November 18, unidentified individuals demanding the resignation of President Jovenel Mµïse dismounted and removed a portion of the bridge deck of the city of Léogâne, consisting of heavy panels used as rolling surface. An impressive and particularly dangerous action leaving wide openings on the road...
