Residents of Nicolas, a locality of the first plain, bordering the 8th communal section, made a macabre discovery, the partially decomposed body of a woman, alerted by hungry dogs who attacked the corpse...

Alerted, the Justice of the Peace, Me Delicio Vernévil went on the spot and drew up the legal statement.

According to the first available information, the woman was identified as Richelene Germain killed with machete. Her son Yvio Germain with whom she lived, is suspected of being the author of this parricide for some unknown reason. The crime of Richelène Germain, would have been perpetuated around October 19...

Yvio Germain, the alleged assassin is on the run and is currently actively sought after by the authorities concerned.
