In the night from Thursday to Friday at a few hours of the great mobilization of the opposition, unidentified individuals set fire to the car rental company "AVIS" located on the road of Maïs Gâté near the International Airport
At least a dozen vehicles in the company's parking lot were completely destroyed by fire.
The Haitian businessman Réginald Boulos, President of the Société immobilière et financier SA and former representative of the employers' council sitting on the Superior Council of Salaries (2013-2015) on a radio station of the Capiatle deplored and condemned these acts which he describes as "Barbarian and anti-democratic" which caused considerable material damage.
