The Secretary of State Alexis, calls the actors "[...] to moderate their passions and to feed preferably the public space, of contradictory debates, base of any society of law, in order to promote the republican values founders of the Haitian Nation."
Recalling that the democratic game has its rules and recalls "There is always a way for solving political problems, which is dialogue. Fathers conscripts must be models of prestige and honorability in all circumstances."
