iciHaiti - Security : Training of 100,000 young people in first aid

As part of the World First Aid Day (14 September), Dr. Didié Hérold Louis, Director of the National Ambulance Center (CAN), said he would aim at training in first aid, 100,000 young people with at least one trained person in first aid in 500,000 Haitian families.
"We want to reach a critical mass of people trained in first aid to avoid many loss of life," said Dr. Louis also informing of the availability of CAN to distribute this training institutions or organized group wanting to benefit from it.
The CAN Manager also noted that groups wishing free first aid training can apply for the institution on social media and also on the emergency telephone.
