Although the number of victims is slightly down (-7.5%) compared to the previous week, the number of deaths has increased significantly from 7 to 24. Garnel Michel said that most of these accidents occurred among others at Mirebalais, Sans-fil, Delmas 48, and Delmas 60, Airport Road, Laboule 12, Portail Léogâne, Jacmel, Bel Air, Tabarre, Petite-Rivière-de-l’Artibonite, Maïs-Gâté, Limbé, Ouanaminthe, Pèlerin 4, Fon Dewon (Duchity) and Fontamara. Remember that this weekly report was made in partnership with the National Ambulance Center (CAN) and the Haitian Red Cross. However, due to a lack of resources, the STOP-Accident organization is unable to monitor the state of health of the wounded, some of whom die as a result of their injuries and are not counted.
