iciHaiti - Diplomacy : Death of the Ambassador of Mexico to Haiti
Thursday, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón, the Secretary of External Relations of the Embassy of Mexico in Haiti announced on his Twitter account the death of Ambassador Héctor Manuel Rodríguez Arellano, accredited in Port-a-Prince in June 2018 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24669-haiti-diplomacy-three-new-ambassadors-accredited-in-haiti.html and presented his condolences to his loved ones and expressed the solidarity of the Embassy with the family of the diplomat.

"I regret the death of our Ambassador in Haiti, Hector Manuel Rodriguez Arellano, the solidarity and brotherly embrace of the SRE (Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores) to his family, he has always served Mexico with dedication and loyalty. May he rest in peace," he wrote.

The Mexican Embassy in Port-au-Prince highlights the career of Ambassador Rodríguez Arellano as well as his dedication and commitment to strengthening relations between Mexico and Haiti and wishes the family strength and consolation.
