iciHaiti - Petite-Anse : Death of Mrs. Wilmise Bien-Aimé Joseph (ASEC)
In a note Jean-Marie Reynaldo Brunet Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities "bowed to the disappearance of Mrs. Wilmise Bien-Aimé Joseph, member of the Assembly of the 3rd Communal Section (ASEC) of Petite-Anse, commune of Cap-Haitien, deceased in her private residence in the neighborhood 'Anba Lobeda' of the 3rd section of Petite-Anse, following a long illness bravely supported."

Died at the age of 59, Wilmise Bien-Aimé Joseph, commonly called "Manca" by his constituents, was very involved in the management of her communal section. "Her departure for the afterlife is a great loss for her family and communal section."

On this sad occasion, Minister Brunet "extends his sincere condolences to the bereaved family, including her husband and their two children, as well as the whole family, friends, relatives and admirers of the family of the deceased, that grief grieves. He also extended his sympathies to the President of the ASEC North Association, Mr. Petigny Junior-Xerces and to the remaining members of the Assembly Cartel of the 3rd communal section of Petite-Anse. His deep sympathies and solidarity also extend to residents of the 3rd communal section of Petite-Anse in general."
