They demanded Dominican justice to modify a measure of restraint against a Haitian driver involved in an accident on the Azua-Bani road in the Dominican Republic where several people had lost their lives. A month of preventive prison was imposed on the accused but his Haitian colleagues consider that the Dominican justice should have imposed another measure, because according to them, their compatriot fulfilled all the conditions required by the Dominican Code of Criminal Procedure.
