According to the Citizen Observatory for the Institutionalization of Democracy (OCID), for the week of 8 to 12 April 2019 no plenary session could be organized in Parliament either by the Senate or by the Chamber of Deputies, for lack of quorum...

In recent weeks, faced the political, economic and social crisis the country face, it is becoming more and more difficult in both chambers to mobilize elected representatives to obtain the necessary quorum for a plenary session.
