Minister Charles met privately with Jimmy Ménard's family members before expressing his admiration for the sports journalist who has done outstanding work for a quarter of a century. The martial arts practitioner and defender of the sports sector has actively participated in the promotion of sport and the popularization of many sports.

"Jimmy Ménard is an example to follow. He loved the sport and lived by and for the sport," said Charles.
