Early this week, during a meeting with Mamatha Irene Ternie, the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) was reassuring faced the concerns on insecurity in Haiti, expressed by Herwill Gaspard a representative of the Haitian diaspora, present at this meeting.
