iciHaiti - Social : At least 26 dead and 77 wounded in protests

According to a report by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) earlier this week, violent anti-government protests since February 7 have left at least 26 dead and 77 wounded.
The IACHR, following the situation in Haiti very closely, reiterates its concern over these civil unrest, which have affected the provision of essential goods and services to the population, such as: food and drinking water, and has led to closure of hospitals, schools, ports and airports, embassies, evacuation of tourists and the suspension or reduction of flights of several airlines to Haiti.
