iciHaiti - Environment : Start of the study on the management and the valorization of the waste of 5 cities of the South

Within the framework of the Program of Integrated Region of Southern Tourist Planning (RIAT South), Marie-Christine Stephenson, the Minister of Tourism chaired on Tuesday, the start meeting of the preparatory technical studies for "Integrated management and recovery of waste at Aquin, St. Louis du Sud, Cavaillon, Port-Salut and Côtes-de-Fer" in the presence of the representatives of the Interministerial Committee for Territorial Planning (CIAT), the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of the Interior Environment, the Metropolitan Solid Waste Collection Service (SMCRS), the Haitian Association of Sanitary Engineering and Environmental Sciences (ADISH) and the Technical and Implementation Unit of the Ministry of the Environment (UTE/MdE).
Noe that the completion of this study was entrusted to the Artelia consortium; ICEA (Consulting Engineers and Associates) and Beta Consulting Engineer, on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism, via the Technical Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Finance, Delegated Contracting Authority.
