iciHaiti - Social : Honor to 37 employees emeritus of the Ministry of National Education
On December 20th, 37 public servants of the Ministry of National Education, all categories combined, were honored during a ceremony organized in the Gardes of Djoumbala, which brought together more than 700 Ministry employees.

From the car wash to the Technical Director to housewives, security guards, drivers, technicians and department heads, chosen by their respective management or other superiors, according to the criteria of the Directorate of Resources Humans with the approval of the central authorities, these employees and executives have received an honorific plaque for their professionalism and sense of public service.

Established about three years ago, this ceremony honoring emeritus employees who have distinguished themselves by their exemplary behavior tends to become a tradition in the Ministry and is among the 12 measures of the presidential decree of September 2014.

In his speech, the Minister Cadet evoked a moment of fraternity among colleagues, brothers and friends he said believe that "despite difficult working conditions, socio-economic problems and constraints of all kinds, we were able to continue to serve the Republic and to maintain a certain constancy as a Ministry of National Education."

The great surprise of this ceremony was the presentation of an honor and merit plaque to Minister Cadet for all his efforts to integrate people with physical disabilities into the public service. They are in fact, two of them associated with other people with special needs made this gesture to the Minister, who was very moved in the circumstances.
