The launch of these two databases available online has taken place at Karibe Hotel, and are two excellent tools that will help facilitate the sharing of relevant information between private sectors and other organizations and ultimately will seek an increase in bilateral trade. Haiti Service Providers : www.haitiserviceproviders.com Plateforme Export Haiti : www.exporthaiti.online About ExportHaiti : Export Haiti is in initiative brought together by the Center of Facilitation of Investment and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti to promote Haiti’s national production geared toward exportations. Previously, there had been an institutional void regarding formal tools and channels aimed at the regional and international markets. Consequently, private sector associations and companies were traditionally left to their own devices and individual efforts to pierce new opportunities for their products and services. Fortunately, the CFI was responsive to such a need and initiated this partnership with the CCIH, bringing along the IDB and the UNDP for technical support and expertise, to create an interactive channel that could collect, inventory and store Haiti’s exportable offer. More importantly, this same channel will also publicize, promote and otherwise shop this offer to neighboring, regional and international markets, in pursuit of potential buyers that can directly contact and follow-up with Haitian producers and manufacturers. About Haiti Service Providers : The HSP Portal has been created by Haiti's Centre for Facilitation of Investments to provide a service to international investors looking for suppliers to support their businesses in Haiti and to help Haitian companies interested in providing services to international companies not only in Haiti but across the LATAM region. For International Companie s: To access the more than 750 Haitian based suppliers across 15 different sectors please register your company and the specific areas of interest. This will enable you to access detailed profiles of companies and their services available in Haiti. All suppliers have been visited by specially trained consultants and the information about their services should be accurate. For Haitian Suppliers : HSP offers Haitian companies capable of delivering top quality goods and services and who are interested in meeting and working for Haitian based investors and those in the LATAM region, a platform from which to promote your services. To become an accredited supplier, you should complete the initial registration form. One of our consultants will then contact you and plan a visit to your premises to collect further information. Once completed you will become a registered supplier and join the other 750 companies on the site.
