iciHaiti - Savanette : Inauguration of the mother-child center of the Health Center

Friday took place the inauguration of the mother-child center of Savanette Health Center (Dept. of the Center) in the presence of the First Lady Martine Moïse, Marie Gretta Roy Clement the Minister of Public Health, Evelyne Sainvil the new Minister for the Status of Women and the French Ambassador José Gomez.

This Center is the first infrastructure to be registered under the maternal and neonatal health project, implemented in 4 departments (Nippes, South-East, Center and North-East), funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) for a total of 6 million euros.

Ambassador Gomez reiterated France's willingness to continue supporting the Ministry of Health to improve the health of mothers and children in Haiti.
