"The objective of the PNTS [which has 35 blood access sites] for the next 6 months, is 30,000 pockets for as many requests," said Régine Moïse Nérette, announcing that the PNST wants to strengthen and improve its infrastructure by the construction of three National Blood Transfusion Centers in North, South and Center."
