iciHaiti - Security : A former candidate of the PHTK executed in Arcahaie

On Monday morning, unidentified individuals entered the offices of the Civil Status Office of Arcahaie commune, where they coldly shot dead in his office, the former candidate for the deputies in the last elections under the PHTK banner Raymond Pierre Todly aka "Baron" before fleeing.
The news was confirmed by the mayor of Arcahaie, Rosemila Petit-Frère.
