iciHaiti - Tourism : Merchants learn what a tourist is

Tuesday, at the Town Hall of Limonade was held a training session for the benefit of merchants of the area. This session was animated by representatives of the Ministry of Tourism of the departments of the West and North and the Chief Giovanny Theodore of the Hotel School of Haiti, had as a first objective, to teach the merchants the notions of hygiene, sanitation and presentation of food products.

The second part of the training, led by Cyngdy Sabrina Aimé of the Ministry, focused on the campaign "Zafè Touris se Zafè tout moun", with the specific objectives of raising awareness among women Merchants about what a tourist is, respect for a tourist, how to welcome it, but also the importance of everyone in the chain of tourism industry in Haiti.

The Mayor of Limonade Claudin Saül, as well as his assistant Carmen Mondésir, were present at this meeting to discuss with the merchants and support the initiative of the Ministry.
