Message from CONALD : "In this circumstance, the thoughts of the Government of the Republic go away to the many victims of the scourge of drugs, young and old who are influenced by everyday life and who call us to listen to both benevolent and understanding, consistent with the theme selected from time to time: "Listen first". The thoughts of the Government also go to the executives of CONALD, these silent workers for whom no effort is forbidden in the battle to be fought against the drug in its smallest folds. It should be remembered that this phenomenon implies the support of everyone in the reflections as in the actions, indispensable tools in the path towards the eradication of the illicit traffic and the organized crime. CONALD intends to take advantage of this special day to commend the efforts made by its various partners and takes this opportunity to reaffirm its determination to implement Haiti's commitments to international bodies.
