iciHaiti - Montecristi : Seizure of more than 9,000 pounds of contraband garlic from Haiti

The members of the Specialized Corps of Border Border Security (CESFRONT) and intelligence services intercepted a home-made boat from Haiti carrying more than 9,000 pounds of contraband garlic.
The garlic was contained in 414 bags aboard a homemade boat, which was intercepted in Playa Grande in the maritime area of the Montecristi Province (North-West)
The boat was seized and the goods transported in the inter-agency base of CESFRONT to Dajabón for the corresponding purposes.
