"I have a feeling of abandonment of Haiti for a very long time. It's something that I can not quite understand... I have my idea, but it's hard to understand wfile that Haiti has done a lot for the world. Haiti was the first black country to have its independence. Haiti fought for the equality of the races and yet I have the impression that one has all the time trampled Haiti since its independence... It is not by chance, it is calculated..."
