iciHaiti - Health : National tour of information on noncommunicable diseases and their screening
Dr. Marie Greta Roy Clément, Minister of Public Health and Population (MSPP), in the presence of Régine Lamur the Minister of Youth, Lauré Andrien, Director General of the MSPP, Martial Beneche, Director of Health of the West, PAHO / WHO Representatives and Health Sector Agents, launched a national tour called "Caravan for the Promotion of Healthy Behaviors against Non-communicable Diseases (NTDs) and their Screening" around the theme "An n chanje konpòtman n pou n ka viv an sante".
"Reducing the incidence of Noncommunicable Diseases (NTDs) through the promotion of healthy behaviors at the level of target groups and the general population" is the main objective of this campaign," said Minister Clément.
This caravan whose tour will last 1 year, began in the city of the flag in Arcahaie Thursday, May 17
