Former Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, "is invited by the judge Jean Wilner Morin" to the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince to come Monday, March 26 at 10:00 am to be "heard on the information and mobiles of the assassination of Alix Junior Gassan," one can reads on the Magistrate's letter of invitation dated March 22, 2018.

Recall that in this case Alix Mary Junior Gassant, Administrator of a construction company was shot dead by unidentified individuals on February 24, 2012, following the disappearance of Joseph Robert François Marcello, former Coordinator of the National Commission of Public Procurement.
