In search of a new site near its customers, IBEX Business Process Outsourcing (BPO/IBEX), a leading provider of contact center services and other business process outsourcing solutions (BPO), is on a mission to Haiti this week to explore the country's potential.

The Investment Facilitation Center (IFC) received the IBEX Project Director, Mr. Greco Farias, to inform him about the accompaniments and incentives offered by the Haitian government as well as the investment facilities available throughout the country.
