On February 23, the Dr. Louis G. Lamothe Foundation (FLGL) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16070-haiti-social-laurent-lamothe-create-a-foundation-to-fight-against-poverty-and-exclusion-in-haiti.html celebrated its second anniversary with pomp at Jojo Restaurant in Pétion-ville. During this gala evening, a raffle was made for the reconstruction of the village of Panyol in Kenscoff, in the presence of a select audience including President Jovenel Moïse, Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant, the President and vice-President of the National Assembly, respectively Senator Joseph Lambert and Deputy Gary Bodeau, Senators and Deputies, Ambassadors, media directors, supporters and supporters of the Foundation.

In her speech, Mrs. Sabrina Saint-Rémy, the new President of the Foundation, renewed the FLGL's commitment to work tirelessly to continue supporting the targeted communities "The Dr. Louis G. Lamothe Foundation , in accordance with its mission to support vulnerable communities in their quest for better living and their effective empowerment, is currently working in the localities of Panyol and Anse du Clerc where projects are in the process to be implemented in the areas of education, agriculture, green energy, basic infrastructure, to create an environment conducive to their full development, inviting donors to continue to support the Foundation in order to allow it to continue its work.

For his part, former Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, honorary member of the FLGL, presented to the present audience the main areas in which the Foundation is involved in Panyol and Anse du Clerc. With mini-video reports he presented the various projects initiated by the Foundation in the field to improve the living conditions of these communities. The former head of government finally invited donors to untie the purse strings to participate in this momentum of solidarity.

A raffle was made for the reconstruction of the village of Panyol in Kenscoff and the musical entertainment of the evening was provided by the DJ "Franco the Saint".
