On Monday, Stefaan Declercq, the Secretary General of the Belgian branch of Oxfam-Solidarité, announced in a statement that a copy of the report, which presents the findings of the investigation conducted internally by Oxfam Great Britain on the cases of 7 men involved in sexual misconduct "in Haiti after the earthquake of 2010, accused inter alia of having resorted, in accommodations provided by the organization, to prostitutes, whose it has however not proven they were minors will be handed to the Haitian government on Monday at a meeting" https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23587-haiti-news-zapping.html

In his statement, Stefaan Declercq reports the statements of Winnie Byanyima, the Executive Director of OXFAM International, who said "Oxfam is determined to assume its moral responsibility for women in Haiti as soon as possible. We also meet with the Government of Haiti to apologize for our mistakes and jointly determine what else we can do. It is crucial that we review what has happened and learn from it [...] The measures we put in place as a result of this investigation would have been handled in a very different way today. But there is obviously still a lot to do. The steps we are taking now, including an independent review of our practices and internal culture by recognized women's rights figures, will allow us to ban all forms of abuse within Oxfam and to lead more effectively our mission, that of contributing to bringing lasting solutions to poverty."

Note : OXFAM has taken steps to prevent the identification of witnesses in its report, but the names of the men involved have already been shared with the authorities in Haiti.
