Saturday at the Departmental Directorate of Public Works of Grande-Anse in Château, communal section of Jérémie, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by the Prime Minister, Jack Guy Lafontant and the Minister of Public Works Fritz Caillot, in the presence of the Mayor of Jérémie Claude Harry senators and deputies and some local officials, proceeded to the distribution of heavy equipment to be used for the development of the Department of Grand'Anse.

In his speech, Moses reminded "These equipments are not there to do the work of a group of people," insisting on the obligation for each department to carry out 100km of roads every year in order to build on the four years of mandate remaining approximately 4,000 km of roads.

Taking advantage of his visit, Moïse paid a visit to Roseaux, where an asphalt plant will be built for the construction of intercommunal roads as well as for the concreting of several streets in the city of Jérémie and the cleaning of many rivers.
