iciHaiti - Security : 46 kg of drugs seized in Buteau
In the night from Sunday to Monday, an operation carried out jointly by the police station of Léogâne, agents of the Brigade against the Trafficking of Narcotics (BLTS) and the Prosecutor's Office of Petit-Goâve, allowed to seize in a house located at seaside in Buteau (locality of Léogâne) : 46 kg of marijuanas, a boat and many other objects that may be related to drug trafficking. A Jamaican suspect resident in Haiti since 2015, identified as Alfred Yacinthe, in possession of a Haitian identity card issued in 2016 was arrested during the operation.
