Friday in Adelaide (Capital of South Australia), the Haiti Polo Team faced in the final Australia for the title of world champion of the Polo World Series 2017. ecause of the prestige and scope of this competition, Haiti Polo Team expanded its team to include South African Johann du Preez, Argentina's Juan Arunga and Australia's Ric McCarthy and Andrew Fraser-Scott.
Led by team captain Claude-Alix Bertrand, the Haiti Polo Team had yet made a good start by leading the first quarter [2-0] scoring in the first 30 seconds, but the Australian team finally dominated and won the victory [7-5]. The Haiti Polo Team therefore takes the 2nd place in the world ranking of this championship.
Let's recall that the Haiit Polo Team, founded in 2013 by Claude-Alix Bertrand, was revealed to the world in 2014 thanks to its important victories among others in China, Argentina and the United States (San Francisco).
