During her stay, the Minister was received by Francis Suarez and Keon Hardemon, respectively mayor of Miami and chairman of the Commission of this city who accompanied him for a tour of the port of Miami followed by a round table on social services provided by the city of Miami. The Minister also spoke with various sectors of the Haitian community in Florida on many issues related to the involvement of the diaspora in national life.
