iciHaiti - Violence : Parliament under the throws of stones
Heidi Fortuné, the Minister of Justice in a note of reaction, said to be scandalized by the acts of unidentified individuals who threw stones against Parliament, following the ratification on Saturday https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22082-haiti-news-zapping.html by the Chamber of Deputies of the State budget 2017-2018.

He deplores the fact that the perpetrators preferred to choose the path of violence rather than that drawn by the laws of Haiti to assert their claims peacefully and democratically "It is regrettable that for some time, some public institutions are victims of violence sponsored and operated by people carrying the anti-democratic virus, thus endangering not only the lives of our fellow citizens and their possessions, but also those which are part of the heritage of our State," says Minister Fortuné.

He indicated that he had instructed the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince and the Director General of the PNH to take all appropriate measures; in order "to arrest and have the offenders tried without regard to political affiliation".

Minister Fortuné concluded by calling on all "to cultivate political wisdom, tolerance and peace to achieve a prosperous Haiti that we all dream of."
