Deputy Sinal Bertrand, President of the Lower House's Public Health Commission confirmed that he had met with some 200 doctors trained in Cuba from the last 3 promotions to inform them of their integration in the Haitian health system in the coming months as well as the modalities to be respected in the framework of the contract they signed with the Haitian State.
According to the contract signed between the Ministry of Health and the doctors who have received scholarships in Cuba, the State undertakes to integrate them into the health system once they have taken their oath of Hypocrates, and the young doctors haver the bligation to offer their services to the populations of their respective regions during 3 years, without being named for that...
