This meeting was an opportunity to take stock of coffee production, of the farmers' organization in Panyol and to explore the means to implement the marketing of coffee produced in this locality through the circuit of GIANT. The agronomist Jérôme is committed to working towards a merger of associations into a federation to facilitate dialogue with suppliers. For his part, Dany Abraham has informed that he has already worked on a label and confirmed that the processed product will bear the name "Nan Panyol". All material must be submitted next week for validation by all parties involved in the process. The CEO of GIANT took the opportunity to express his wish to launch the product in the course of the month of July through the branches of GIANT Super Market. Gilbert Michel Jérôme, in conjunction with the Agricultural Development Section of the FLGL, should work on the organization of coffee processing by 15 July at the latest. IH/ iciHaiti
