iciHaiti - Social : Symposium of young artists...
Monday will open a 3-day symposium, which will welcome 36 young artists who will discuss the preservation of the achievements of stabilization in Haiti.

This UN Mission event aims to network the young artists who participated in the various workshops of artistic creations and sensitization on the culture of Peace as part of the national campaign "Ann chwazi lapè". It will also enable young people to formulate a collective proposal for commitment to preserve the achievements of stabilization within their respective communities.

The closing ceremony of the symposium, scheduled for Wednesday May 31 at the Logistics Base of the Minustah, will be the occasion for Sandra Honoré, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to present a certificate of recognition to the 36 young participants.

The symposium is part of the commemorative activities of the UN International Day of Peacekeepers, which will be celebrated on 29 May.
