iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : Private schools warn the Ministry

Wednesday, on the occasion of National Teachers' Day, the members of the Association of Private Schools of the Goâvienne Region (AEPREG), which includes 298 member schools of Petit-Goâve and Grand-Goâve, have warned the Ministry of Education of any attempt to implement the proposal of Deputy Kéthel Jean Philippe, which proposes to the Ministry to eliminate the Universal Free and Compulsory Education Program (PSUGO) and to strengthen public schools.

In addition, AEPREG took the opportunity to ask the Ministry to pay to the private schools beneficiaries of the PSUGO the two years of arrears of salary including the funds for the present school year 2016-2017.
