Giovanni Vincenzo Infantino, the FIFA President, thanked the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) in a letter for the warm welcome he received on Saturday 29 April during his flash visit to Port-au-Prince.

Infantino says he is not ready to forget the welcome he received at the FIFA Goal Center of the Croix des Bouquets, where young girls and boys enhanced the event with high-level technical gestures with their ball.

He stressed that he was very touched by this ceremony held in his honor, during which he took the opportunity to present a solidarity check of 500,000 US dollars to the Federation for the rehabilitation of football fields damaged by the passage of Hurricane Matthew in the Great South.
