Since 2010, Canada has contributed more than $ 1.3 billion in international aid to Haiti, including $ 250 million in humanitarian assistance and $ 1.05 billion in development assistance.

Canada's current priorities in Haiti are the health and well-being of women and youth, green and inclusive economic growth, democratic and accountable governance, and the rule of law and security.

Canada is one of the largest donors in the health sector in Haiti. From 2010 to 2016, we invested more than $ 140 million in this country. Our goal is to provide quality health services to the entire Haitian population in the least favored regions.
