Thursday, the Ministry of Tourism hosted the second morning on Accessibility and Diversity, organized by the Organization of Consultants and Trainers for Universal Access and Inclusion (OCONFOS) and Christian Blind Mission (CBM), which was organized around the theme "Promote tourism infrastructures and offers accessible to all."

Andy Durosier the Director General of the Ministry of Tourism, Régine Polynice Representative in the country of the CBM and Fenel Bellegarde Director of Communication of the OCONFOS, have in turn explained the importance of this advocacy on the universal accessibility for the destination Haiti « Through the practice of universal accessibility standards in tourism infrastructures, Haiti can strengthen its presence in the Caribbean zone as a destination open to people with reduced mobility," they said.

In addition, topics concerning tourist offers in Haiti, the establishment at the Hotel School of Haiti (HHE) of universal accessibility and design of offers and tourist facilities accessible to all, were addressed during this morning of activities.
