Haiti - Politics : Towards a parliamentary TV channel?
Tuesday, Senator Jean Marie Salomon (OPL), Vice-President of the Upper House, announced the creation of a television channel to disseminate the activities of the Parliament following a meeting between the authorities and Jean Marie Altema, Director General of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL).

However, the technical process of setting up, managing, animating and programming this future parliamentary television channel remains to be formalized. No date has been set for the airing, but Senator Salomon says that more information will be released shortly.
