Haiti - Digital TV : Visit of the installations of the TNH pilot channel 17/02/2017 09:13:54
After explaining the objective of setting up this experimental digital television channel and the importance of the transition, he presented the team in charge of this pilot experiment : engineer André Lubin, Director of Broadcasting at CONATEL, Yvon Auguste, Technical Director of TNH, and Fritz Joassaint, CEO of the Electrocom group who worked on this channel. Dischler Marcelin, the Director General of TNH, was pleased to participate in the realization of such a project, with support from CONATEL. Hérold Jean François, congratulated CONATEL and TNH for launching this experimental chain, recalling that now a State decision is needed to define the guidelines for this transition so that the whole country can benefit from the advantages offered by Digital TV.
