iciHaiti - Inauguration : Japan, Cuba and Panama will be there 07/02/2017 08:26:37 Kentaro Sonoura, Japan's Deputy Minister to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Haiti as Special Envoy of the Japanese Prime Minister, will take part in the Inauguration ceremonies of the elected President of Haiti, His Excellency Jovenel Moïse, on 7 February. Cuba : Esteban Lazo, President of the National Assembly of the People's Power of Cuba, heads the Cuban delegation that will participate in the investiture of elected President Jovenel Moïse. The Cuban delegation is composed of Ana Teresita Gonzalez Fraga, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador of Cuba in Haiti, Luis Castillo Campos. Panama : Luis Miguel Hincapie, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama, will participate in the inauguration of the elected President Jovenel Moise on behalf of the Government of Panama. Hincapie will use this important opportunity to reiterate the "interest" and "readiness" of the Government of Panama to "continue strengthening bilateral relations with Haiti" and wish the new President of Haiti every success.
