Friday at 2 am, the Central Narcotics Directorate (DICAN) of the Dominican Republic proceeded in the parking lot of a hotel in Villas Agricolas (North Santo Domingo), to the arrest of Haitian 4 and a Dominican, who had in their possession 28 packages of marijuana, weighing about 142 pounds.

The Haitians are Jean Baptiste, John Christop, Joseph Benjamín, residents of Capotillo and Hebreaux Sanon, resident in Haiti and his Dominican driver Luis Manuel Hidalgo Gómez.

Jean Baptiste, John Christop and Joseph Benjamín were arrested while in a Chevrolet truck, white, Haitian plate TMO5469 parked in which were found 19 packages of marijuana while Hebreaux Sanon and his Dominican driver were arrested in a Nissan car, gray, plate A-451651, in which was found 9 packages of marijuana.
